• Subsequent communications through WhatsApp, email, or phone.
• Technical and statistical website data, such as the page visited, browser, device, referrer, and approximate location derived from the connection.

The form prepares your request in your browser. When you choose WhatsApp or email, the information is transmitted through the selected service; the website does not directly store a copy of the form in its own database.

After the message is sent, the communication may remain in our WhatsApp or email accounts so we can respond to the quote and coordinate the service.

We process information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate transfers, provide support before and after a service, maintain website security and operation, and comply with administrative or legal obligations.

Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on your consent when submitting a request, steps needed before entering into a service agreement, and compliance with applicable obligations.

We may use providers that process information to deliver their services, including WhatsApp/Meta, email providers, and Vercel for hosting and web analytics. These providers may process data outside Costa Rica under their own policies and terms.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only when necessary to respond to your request, operate the website, protect rights, or comply with a legal obligation.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website performance and usage in aggregate. The current implementation does not set its own advertising cookies or use the quote form to build marketing profiles.

We keep quote communications and related information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, provide the service, maintain administrative records, and comply with legal obligations. Technical data is retained according to the analytics provider's configuration and terms.
